Android eBooks
This course focuses on an overview of downloading and using eBooks using the Kindle app, OverDrive Media Console app, and OverDrive Read. Topics include: creating an (Amazon account), Adobe ID, and authorizing your device for the OverDrive Media Console app. The course walks the user through the process of searching for an eBook, filtering, and the built-in functionality of the OverDrive Media Console using a step-by-step walkthrough approach.

Cloud Computing
This course offers an introduction to cloud computing to help develop the conceptual understanding of cloud technology. We will then define Cloud computing using historical examples of where we came from, the last tier of Information resolution in Fog Computing. Discuss and define (SaaS) (IaaS) (Paas). Why SIP is crucial for all the services as it applies to library services. Then we will look at OverDrive streaming video as it directly applies to cloud computing.
